ABOUT

“Together All Things are possible” has been a long-time mantra of its owner, Noel Holdsworth. At the core of its mission is to offer hope that no matter how many times you fall down, you can always get back up. Its core values are rooted in the conviction that positivity is more powerful than negativity and that there is a gift in every situation. She believes that each person - one person - can make a difference and that the collective energy of people coming together can change the world.

Noel has worked in healthcare for over 50 years, as a nurse and then psychiatric nurse practitioner. Her interest in healing began while working in critical care, the emergency department, and later oncology, where she observed the impact of the mind-body connection. She is now a life coach, with a doctorate in natural health. Though holistic in her approach to life, she strongly believes in science and the evidence that supports positive outcomes.

She holds certifications in trauma, addictions, psychiatry, and compassion fatigue. Her approach to working with clients focuses on creating a better “present tense” reality, emphasizing that our past does not have to define us. She hasn’t always had an easy life, but she has actively shaped it into a good one and is grateful every day for all of her experiences, both the good and the tough.

She believes Recovery is an option for everyone no matter what the root cause: trauma addiction, loss, abandonment or illness. No matter what has caused the damage, it does not have to rule or control your life. To her, healing means removing barriers and limiting beliefs, and reprogramming the mind to embrace the idea that TOGETHER ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.

That journey will look different for each person, the timeframe to get there will vary, and the end result is unique. But that’s the beauty of it all. And sharing in that is what makes her smile.

*Noel has learned that we are all connected, and all worthy of love. And no matter what the distance we are always connect to the same moon and starts and sun.

*She has profound respect for Native American traditions and honors and finds wisdom in the four elements found in their healing ceremonies. (Earth, air, water and fire.)

*She finds the tree of life give credence to the value of roots and how important they are to growth. She also understands seasons and change and how important that is to be moving through life.

*She loves the symbol light house and sees it as her purpose.  She acknowledges that it, the lighthouse, is not responsible for the safety of the ship if its light is on and bright. (Only the captain of the ship is responsible) If the light, however, is off and not shining, then the safety of the ship does becomes its responsibility.
